Hi, I'm Heather. I'm a CIT who specializes in complex trauma, neurodivergence, therapy for therapists, and integrating IFS with EMDR. As a CIT, I love getting into the weeks with you on your hard cases, shoring up the places you don't feel confident in your EMDR cases, and integrating working memory taxation from EMDR 2.0 with clients.
