I am a consultant-in-training under Sherry McKisson. I have been practicing EMDR since August 2021 and I use it daily in my private practice with teens and adults. I am experienced with using EMDR with clients who have depression, anxiety disorders, Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorder, OCD, childhood trauma, and general negative beliefs. I consider myself an interactive therapist, supervisor, and consultant. I will actively listen and reflect but also provide constructive ideas to help with your concerns. I like to use humor and have a more outgoing personality. I am an eclectic and dynamic therapist and I also use techniques such as CBT, DBT, ERP, Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal psychotherapy in combination with EMDR. |
